Problems with Newer Versions of Java

There seems to compatibility problems with 191 and up in Java 8. Nothing happens when we run the commands.

It's OK for me with java 8u191...

Really, I tried it with 201. I wonder if it is me being on Windows 10 Insider and having Java 8 201 installed?

I've just test with java 201/202 and it's OK... I'm on Windows 10 1809
