Package Hierarchy drifts on horizontal scrolling

To reproduce:

1. Open Package Hierarchy
2. Select a different class in the class column
3. Scroll views with horizontal mouse scroll

My two cents, adding a video capture (as opposed to static screenshot) of the issue helps a lot with something like this (UX-centric), especially if it were intermittent, hard to reproduce or specific to a system/OS (not saying that's true in this case).
