Can't log in to Octoprint

Running octoprint from my android phone, and it asked me to log in. I don't remember ever getting the setup wizard to even set up a password.

Already tried removing users.yaml (was already missing) and then I tried to edit config.yaml but was unable to open that file using sudo commands to reenable the setup wizard.

What's the default username and password?

Also ever time I try to go into Config.yaml i get this: /root/.octoprint/config.yaml: Permission denied

Please try re-installing the app, maybe something went wrong during the installation.

Same issue, what are the default credentials?

There should be a setup page, asking you to set a password. There is no password by default.
