Octoprint update fail

Octoprint keeps failing to update and I have no idea why. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I am having this issue now. It seems a few dependencies aren't installed and that is making the updater fail. However, even after logging in via terminal and installing those missing items manually, the update still fails as it tries to uninstall and reinstall another dependency. Not sure what the solution to this is, but I would like to run the RC channel if possible on Octo4a.
