Running on Pixel 4, webcam not working

I got it to load, and start a print, and I'm very happy!

Now I'm trying to get the webcam feature to work. When I'm on the phone I can see a preview of what the camera can see. But when I'm accessing the Web UI and click on the "Control" tab, I get "Webcam stream loading..."

And eventually it fails because GET http://192.168.86.23:5001/mjpeg net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Nothing mentioning the camera in octoprint.log

I'm hitting the same issue - did you solve it?

I was trying it on my Pixel XL. Camera wouldn't work until I enabled the FPS limit. Worked at 30 FPS for me. When there was no FPS limit set, the camera would not work at all for me. Maybe give that a try?
