After animating at the fastest speed, scrolling is momentarily impossible.

Witnessed on chrome 22.0.1229.94. After a fast animation, scrolling bounces back to the original location during a few seconds after the animation has finished, making it impossible to scroll. This does not seem to occur when animating on medium speed.

On Safari, the problem seems to persist rather than go away after a few seconds like on Chrome.
