FB11980352: Home indicator interferes with swiping on Weather app pagination dots

What does the Weather issue you are experiencing involve? Weather UI

How often does this issue occur? All the time

Can you attach a screenshot or screen recording? Yes

What did you expect to see? There should be some additional inset for the page controls so I can swipe to navigate on them.

In portrait mode, iPad mini. This might only be an issue on the mini since there’s less space in general, I haven’t tried on other iPads.

Swipe from one city to another. The pagination dots should appear
Try to swipe on the dots to scrub between the different cities. The home indicator gets in the way.

This is still present in iPadOS 17.0 (21A5268h). I'm testing on an 11 inch iPad, as well.
