Exclude specific award IDs from using filter API

Hi,

We have a requirement to remove specific awards from a filtered set of results. It doesn't look like the API supports it here: https://github.com/fedspendingtransparency/usaspending-api/blob/master/usaspending_api/api_contracts/contracts/v2/references/filter.md

Is it possible using this API?
