Government shutdown redundancy

Does anyone already mirror or host the data or the API, what do we do when the website doesn't work for example, when the government is shutdown?

The issue preventing downloads from USAspending.gov has been resolved. We are considering what steps might be needed to prevent the download errors in the future.
