Tagger integration

We can/should integrate with Tagger. It's a simple way for people to contribute on their phone and doesn't require a lot of typing on a tiny keyboard.

Apparently it has a new spiffy API that makes doing this pretty easy.

Is there way to use the API for tagging with auth? Once we have oAuth in Mobile, it'd be nice if tagging could count toward badges instead of always being anonymous.

Uhm, supposedly? @pypingou added that (I thought) but I don't know if we've ever tested it.

Maybe it was in the plans, but never happened? We might have been waiting for the openid+json stuff that @puiterwijk was working on at Flock.
