Badges

We know that we want to integrate with Badges, but we need to figure out the extent to which we should do this.

We probably at least want these basic things:

• [ ] Ability to earn badges by scanning QR codes at events and whatnot. This is blocked by Mobile FAS integration.
• [ ] Ability to see your current badges. Also blocked.
• [ ] Ability to see others' badges. Possibly blocked, see below.
• [x] See the leaderboard

These will require some form of API on the Badges side of things, plus implementation of them in Mobile.

The first 3 could be part of the FAS profile viewing, once it exists, in Mobile. This would probably make sense, because we don't want to have different information for the same user in different parts of the app, we want everything in one easy-to-find location.
