Liveliness check [senders]

Story

As an operator of FMN, I want to be able to check if the senders are still alive, so I can restart them otherwise.

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] The FMN senders offer a minimal HTTP interface exposing an endpoint that can be used by e.g. OpenShift to check their liveliness status.
    • [ ] IRC sender
    • [ ] Email sender
    • [ ] Matrix sender
