Strip subaddresses from email addresses

In https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedmsg_meta_fedora_infrastructure/blob/develop/fedmsg_meta_fedora_infrastructure/fasshim.py#L164 everything before the @ in an email is returned if it sees @fedoraproject.org. This is an issue when people use subaddressing, such as my own [email protected].
