I'm not sure anyone is looking at this repo. It is probably better to open it on pagure.io/fedora-badges.

That said, this Badge was always historically awarded manually, I believe by Ben Cotton. I'm not sure anyone is doing this anymore though. I could be wrong. Aoife Moloney would be a good person to ask. She will likely not see a Badges issue, so better to ask her in Matrix.
