Autopush ignores gating status?

See https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-7b03865dbc . The gating status was set to 'failed' on 2021-06-09, I see no later update to the gating status after that, but it was then submitted for stable by Bodhi on 2021-06-10. Surely Bodhi should not autopush things when gating status is failed?

https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-e596db27c4 is another case of this. Gating status shows 'failed', right bar says:

Test Gating 1 of 49 required tests failed

but it was "submitted for stable by bodhi". This seems like a serious problem. What's the point of gating if autopush overrides it?
