Print warning when we have branched and not-released Fedora
Every release of Fedora, we see a bunch of packages that are downgraded during the upgrade. This is obviously the fault of maintainers not following the schedule. They often did not realize that branching happened and that bodhi has been activated for the new release.
I propose that Bodhi can emit a banner on "new update" page which informs the user that Fedora has been branched and they should submit an update for the branched release as well.
Hmm, but that would help only if they happen to create an update for the stable releases. But the issue is that they are creating a build for rawhide, and not thinking that it doesn't apply to branched. The problem is that most packagers don't visit the bodhi page for rawhide builds, there usually is no reason to. So maybe instead this should mentioned in a different place. We get email from bodhi about rawhide packages being pushed to stable. Maybe add the text there?
