RFE: EOL warnings before it actually happens

Packagers are confused today about the F30 EOL cut off:

It was suggested that bodhi could issue a warning to the updates before the EOL happens. Obviously fo this to work, bodhi must know the EOL date before it happens. Once this is set, it can put daily comments to the soon-to-be-EOL release updates a week before the EOL date.

It should also make it very clear that updates not successfully finished being pushed to stable by the EOL time will not make it.
