Forgejo support

Lately, developers have been considering moving off of GitHub, and a popular place that they've been moving to is CodeBerg, powered by Forgejo, or self-hosted Forgejo instances. It would be great for project tracking if Anitya could support watching projects on Forgejo-based instances.

In Fedora we will move to Forgejo as well. So this makes sense. This needs a new Forgejo backend to work.

I found out that the Forgejo is already supported as Gitea backend. See https://anitya.readthedocs.io/en/stable/user-guide.html#backends

While this makes sense in hindsight, would it be possible to rename the backend to something like "Forgejo / Gitea"? I was looking for a forgejo backend and skipped over Gitea without realizing that it would probably work too ...
