Register Fedora Copr infrastructure machines into Fedora IPA

We should be able to use our own FAS usernames to ssh to the machines and use sudo to switch to root. A similar thing is done for Copr hypervisors ATM.

Well, hypervisors work only by accident now as I dropped copr_hypervisor group vars file by mistake: https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/c/2667ac065f76a9bad390f0ead3664c903794ce99

Part of that commit needs to be reverted, and the sudo configuration re-added. Similar thing needs to be done for the rest of our infra machines.
