copr-keygen: drop "allow-unprivileged-ports" downstream patch

In Fedora obs-sign package, we have this downstream patch: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/obs-signd/c/013aef230838325c4f2d5ac20c6aa912609e9a92

The obs-sign project later invented a different patch: https://github.com/openSUSE/obs-sign/pull/36

We should drop the downstream patch, and start using the new option in OpenShift deployment scripts.

Gotchat, and also FYI, we're trying to integrated copr with our new sign service signatrust as we discussed last time, which will take the obs-signd role :)
