Add option for disabling Fedora Discussion
It's always nice to have options for supporting users, but I personally don't like Fedora Discussion for this (instead, I prefer to link an issue tracker or just an email for small projects in the "Contact" button), and I don't like this to show up in my projects. For instance, here a currently irrelevant discussion from 2019 shows up in the main page of the project. So I would like to be able to disable this functionality (I don't care if the Fedora Discussion forum is still automatically created, but I don't want it to be listed in my project, because I have other better means to support users).
Triage time: We won't have time for this, but we see that this might be a problem for project like yours (the discussion is old and irrelevant to the current shape of the project). So any help (patches) is welcome.
