Enhanced debug logging output

Hi, it would be really helpful if the debug output from Fedify would include the host from which the request was being made.

Use case: I would like to see who called my API. Was it myself, or was it some other server from the Fediverse?

Reason: Sometimes I get lots and lots of calls to my API, always the same endpoint. I would like to see who calls it so much.
