It doesn't work with MRI image file (nii)?

I am try MRI image file (nii). Embedding successfully. The python console shows "Create SAM predictor ... Done Reading Embedding ... Done Reading Image ... Done"

When I click on the image with green dot by the SAM point prompts, it doesn't work, no include-points added, no any response. Does it not work with MRI image file (nii)?
