figure margins to large?

apparently my figure margins are to large. Is this because I dont have an annotation table, or because I have 136 samples with SRB numbers? Please advise.

Hi @J-Lye , it is definitely because of the 136 samples. This is implemented with the pairs function, my guess is that this does not digest that well such large matrices.
