Subset summary heatmap

It would be nice to be able to subset/zoom in the summary heatmap. Maybe we can do someting with ComplexInteractiveHeatmap here?

Con:

  • extra dependencies

Compromise: this is a ggplot heatmap, maybe something with ggplotly?
