Thank you for maintaining setup-ffmpeg action!

Currently, v3.1 (37062fbf7149fc5578d6c57e08aed62458b375d6) is the latest release, while the v3 (36c6454b5a2348e7794ba2d82a21506605921e3d) tag is one commit behind the v3.1 tag. It seems the v3 tag needs to be updated manually.
