You have to download and install the ImageMagick suite (64-bit) into default folder ("C:\Program Files\ImageMagick").

This is official site of ImageMagick project: https://imagemagick.org/

I leave this issue open till I'll compose and commit the build instructions. Actually if you are using Windows 10 or later, ImageMagick is the only side app needed for build.

I literally did install it and it still gives me the same error. Why the hell would you require 3rd party software in the first place? dumbest thing I've seen in a while
