[HELP WANTED]: Bot is not enter prefix correctly

Issue description

I noticed that the bot is not entering prefix correctly, and sometimes doesn't enter the correct number after updating the plain_text_resume file. I have my number entered as such ... phone_prefix: "+1" phone: "***********"

yet for some reason the bot enters the prefix with +0 or +234. My assumption is either because I'm trying to use a Non-OpenAI LLM service it isn't entering some of the information correctly, or that there is a bug in the script that causes the bot to make up some information that it shouldn't. I've only tested with Gemini 1.5 Pro, and Ollama with Llama 3.2. Both give me the same issues among others.
