Update Project to new envirement

I had some issues when try to use this project in new android studio with new gradle, Therefore I update it:

• new Gradle 4.6
• new Robolectric 4.0.1 - with migration: http://robolectric.org/migrating/#migrating-to-40
• new ButterKnife 9.0.0-rc1 - old one doesn't work with new gradle Tests are working.
