Crawl wrong numbers of papers? My test is 3851 not 4874 papers.WHY?

Hi! This is because some papers have been withdrawn for ICLR and not available anymore for some reason. But you can download the dataset here I uploaded when they were all available!

Update @zhujinqiu : new data crawled and uploaded on Drive, you may check out this notebook. If you or anyone else would like to make the plots and contribute to the repo, it would be great ;) Final results are out!
