Add information about feathers-sync to the cookbook

Can we add a how and why to use feathers-sync section to the cookbook? I think this a very common use case where we could provide some useful information for people who are new to feathers.

Yes. I think this would fit well into the scaling cookbook entry, while also tackling #1232.
