Feather template missing from list post installation

Environment Windows 10 dotnet sdk - 6.0.100-preview.3.21154.16 Scenario - User installs Feather template in one windows terminal then tries creating a Feather App in windows terminal tab.

Install / tab 1
Templates is installed

Create a feather app/ tab2 Try to create a new feather app and the template is not found and not listed.

What I did do was just reinstall the template.

I put a global.json in the tutorial to make sure developers are using a very recent SDK. It looks like the feather template was installed before switching to the Tutorial directory. This might have caused the template to be installed for the wrong SDK.

This was likely an oversight on my part when I updated the tutorial. We should probably now tell developers to install the templates at a later step after they've cd'd into the right directory.
