Create Feast RAGEngine and RAGView

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For Feast to meet user needs, we should be language that is adopted.

Describe the solution you'd like We need to adopt the language of GenAI so that Feast's relevance is sustained. This would require code changes and documentation changes. In an ideal world, we could use both FeatureStore and RAGEngine.

Describe alternatives you've considered If we stay the same, I worry we'll struggle to be relevant in this new era of AI.

I'm not sure yet, I think it'd look like extending the FeatureStore class and FeatureView classes to have defaults that align to the RAG use cases.
