[docs] ScyllaDB as an online feature store alternative

Hi Team,

I'm a ScyllaDB developer advocate and was wondering if it would be possible to add ScyllaDB (and ScyllaDB Cloud) as an online store alternative in the Online Stores section of your docs. As ScyllaDB is a drop-in Cassandra replacement, the documentation would be similar to the Cassandra page.

Let me know if you allow ScyllaDB to be added to your docs, and if so what should be the best way for me to proceed? Later, I'd also like to add some tutorial about feast.dev in our new sample app here https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb-feature-store
