Doesn't create strm files, only nfo

Got it all running fine, except for twitch, only aqquires nfo file and (appears) to stop at “processing live video in channel”. No strm files, no video files. Youtube does offer an actual error though, “error processing channel” ive tried about 20 different youtube links and maybe 10 twitch channels (that were live at the time of testing) not sure what could be wrong here, had my friend stumped too ( hes much more adept, helped me properly install python, git & pip) sadge.
