I'd first try a newer version than 0.82. If that doesn't help, I'd try turning off shell_integration in the config.nu file. I've seen this identical problem with WezTerm on Windows...
no clue what `shared_config` is but osc133 is a shell_integration feature that sends ansi escape sequences related to parts of the prompt.
It may be worth exploring more as syntax sugar, but I'm not convinced that what we have now is a shortcoming. Perhaps you have a misunderstanding on what `$in` is....
as requested @cassaundra, we're tagging you here as something to jump in on that will lead us to the new nu parser. also there's now a #new-nu-parser channel on discord...

I saw the conversation with Ian about his Signals PR. Do we need to wait on some resolution to combine two approaches or should we land this like we discussed...
