Graphite Graph Widget using SVG as exported by graphite web API

There's now svg format support in graphite which can be shown as is in team dashboard.

This would fix several issues, including that some graphite features are not exposed in the json response or can't be easily rendered.

Additionally, the svg can be styled to better integrate in Team Dashboard Look and Feel.

I just did a quick and dirty proof of concept. I'll update the issue when I got something to share on a branch or on master with feature flag.

I've got an initial "working" widget integrated on master now.

Code still needs a lot more polishing but gives you guys something to play around with.

@deathowl Sadly, I can't make it to Berlin, I'm already attending the so coded conference in Hamburg at the same weekend. But, thanks a lot for the beer ;-)
