Additional context giftpaidupgrade - user was previously gifted a sub, is now buying their own anongiftpaidupgrade - same as above, but was previously gifted by an anonymous user Key params: msg-param-promo-name & msg-param-promo-gift-total & msg-param-sender-login & msg-param-sender-name

Already implemented: primepaidupgrade - user previously had a prime sub, now has a tiered one Key param: msg-param-sub-plan
