subgift badge-info and badges have subscriber 0 in methods

Describe the bug listener subgift badge-info and badges have subscriber 0 no matter the number of months gifted.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add subgift listener (I used TMI but any twitch js module should work)
2. add listener function and console log methods.badges and methods["badge-info"]
3. result should be in both subscriber be at 0. if this is expected behaviour then subscriber changes upon setting month in resub.

Expected behavior result should be in both subscriber be at 0. if this is expected behaviour then subscriber changes upon setting month in resub.
