Can't install with Picard V2.5.5 and V2.5.6

Can't install with Picard V2.5.5.

• Picard version(s): 2.5.5
• Plugin version(s) or commit hash: 2.0.4

How to reproduce the problem

I unzipped the lastfmng folder (the entire folder, not just the files) to the MusicBrainz Picard plugin folder, closed MusicBrainz Picard and re-opened it, the plugin is not listed in the plugin settings page

Solution: Place the lastfmng folder into the plugins folder instead of the base folder in the zip file. Also place the unzipped file in the plugin folder.
