set default handler and runtime

Set the handler to 'bootstrap' after use to find the compiled file and set the runtime to 'provided.al2' by default

A quick follow up here @Zapodask: I didn't forget this, ok? Just haven't enough time to try this update yet, but I will!

I need a way to create some automated tests to ensure this kind of update. I was thinking in use Serverless Offline or maybe LocalStack with Docker, but I'm not sure I can make enough tests with those tools.
