Disable multi-desktops feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This feature would solve the issue. On the Mac laptop where you have a touch pad only and when you move something, it'd switch the desktop 1 to desktop 2. It is too much hassle to return to desktop 1. I'd like to disable that and be able to focus on the same desktop.

Describe the solution you'd like Disable multi-desktop. Set it to one only would do the trick.

Describe alternatives you've considered gnome-tweaks but no luck.
