Docker build is failing from a VM in Miami

E: Failed to fetch http://pubmirrors.dal.corespace.com/ubuntu/pool/main/libx/libxmu/libxmu6_1.1.3-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb Hash Sum mismatch

To Reproduce when building the container image we got the hash mismatch error for a required package. May be a CDN issue but not sure.

Expected behavior Build the server container with success.
