@vchiranjeeviakt got it, I'm not a maintainer but in my experience when updating an env var, it is better to try a deploy without cache, maybe that could help.
this issue still happens today with docker
I fixed this by adding this to the package.json ``` "packageManager": "[email protected]" ```

we had to add network level restriction because of this
I also updated from v15 to v16 and I'm having the same issue. @saihaj thanks for looking at this.
