Looking for copyright information and the source for oxide/blob/master/public/index.js

Recently OxideDB was getting reviewed for entry in the Free Software Directory (FSD) https://directory.fsf.org/wiki/OxideDB

However, we can't find the copyright holder. Who is the author of OxideDB?

There is also a large .js file <oxide/blob/master/public/index.js> which is not human readable. Minified Javascript is considered nonfree because it can't be easily edited and it is preventing OxideDB from being added to the FSD.

Can I interest you in taking notice of these issues so we can add OxideDB to the FSD?
