Let I2P be I2P and Tox should work in own ways. I2P itself should make some general network driver interface where it is possible to connect.

+1 LittleVulpix, i would prefer single file sending too because main goal is rock stability and correct file arrival.

and i think this optimization would not only benefit mobile users but laptops with bandwidth limited 3G/4G internet and huge family houses where lot of people share one crappy router...
