Read my last comment - I see two possible solutions for those Exceptions. ;)

(will provide a PR soon. Hopefully together with a test case. But "authenticated" tests have been next to impossible in the past...)
Of course there is a status... I'll use tomorrow to get all of my knowledge together and try to finalize // decide on what I tried and did so far....
It would be super cool if you could provide a test together with that - so it cannot get broken by some enthusiastic refactoring at a later point. ;)
It's no micro optimization. And the point "Makes framework detection harder" is an absolut point, which security experts will generally approve. And disabling serving those files is server dependent and...
