Is upgrading to the AWS Go SDK v2 on the roadmap?

Sure, why not.

I didn't even know it existed. As always, I'm counting on renovate to handle updates for me, but it seems AWS didn't want to use standard go package versioning...

I'll see if the update is easy to do.
