Confusing about IMDB dataset one-hot encoding in file 3.5-classifying-movie-reviews.ipynb
This one-hot encoding method just cares about a certain word in the text or not, but not how often. Is that right?
That is correct. One-hot encoding doesn't take into account the repetition of a word.
