Base mapping

While setting up to use libZoteroJS in builds of our faculty website, I discovered that bookTitle fields were not coming through in CSL produced by item.cslItem(). The cause seems to be that base mappings are not applied to custom fields. I've added a mapping and tied it into the item.get(<field>) function to get full output.
